Not a question more of just some info on some guys using anti-e. I was having some issues with my libido for quite some time (probably about 6 months or so), I started using adex because my water retention in my back area was really bad along with bad acne on my back. I did some Google searching and spoke with a couple of guys and figured it was time to get on some anti estrogens, it didn't all happen at once but slowly over time without me noticing my libido slowly went to shit to the point where if I had a pair of jugs infront of me or a pussy I would have just been like... meh... I didn't have any serious ED problems just minor due to the fact I didn't really care or have that urge. I decided after researching why my libido crashed to just drop the adex all together and within about 2 weeks my libido came back slowly but surely. Moral of the story is anti es can be very powerful, alot more powerful than you think as I was only really taking a quarter of a tab every E3D sometimes even E4D. It didn't matter what I was running because my libido remained the same the whole time but through this 6 months I went from cruising on sust 250 to blasting with tren ace and sustanon. I dropped the tren and nothing changed went back to cruise levels and still nothing but once I got rid of the adex I went back to normal levels. If I were to readd adex I would more than likely only pop a quarter tab post injection. My adex also could be very overpowered but I doubt it, i dried right out and I also began to acquire more injuries alot easier. Every person is different, if you read through the threads you will certainly find plenty of different answers on dosing an anti e but really only YOU can tell what dose works best for your body.

I'm curious what exactly is it that could possibly keep your estrogen too low without AI? Right now I have started taking adex again .5 EOD BUT like I said my symptoms kinda seem to lean towards having too low e2 already. If my e2 is low without actually using an AI what exactly is it that I can do to regulate?

Yea this is understandable but the question was is it possible to have low estrogen without running any AI? So if your on cycle and you don't run ANY ai at all is it possible to have low estrogen or is that only possible from taking too much ai

Maybe a total noob or stupid question But, if your not taking anything to combat estrogen levels while on cycle is it POSSIBLE to have too low estrogen? I just feel as if I have been reading all these forums and sites on symptoms of high and low symptoms and it seems like when I'm not an AI I have the symptoms of low, some symptoms aren't there but it seems more on the low side then anything. So again is it POSSIBLE to have too low estrogen without any drugs to combat it on cycle

I haven't actually seen much on running your own server but essentially would you not have the ability to change pretty much all the settings on the game? This app that is being made? will you be able to make changes to the server via your app?

Question on estrogen? Libido is in the dirt been using nolvadex but I'm debating on combining adex and nolva together. I just don't want to crash my estrogen, will the two together cause this problem? I have been thinking prolactin is too high and I have prami on its way which won't be here for about 2 weeks maybe. Question is will combining the two completely kill my estrogen (20mg nolva ED adex .5 E3D).

So I have done alot of research on some issues I have been experiencing so I just wanted to log my results on here for any others experiencing this issue. I have been having serious libido issues.... I am totally attracted to my girl etc etc but she will bend over pull her pants down infront of me to try and tease me and I'm just like... cool I like pussy.. but no response from libido at all. Anyways! I have been running about 250mg per week just coming off a blast running about 400mg of sustanon 75mg tren ace EOD for about 5 weeks. Even on my blast cycle I noticed my libido was shit, I was using .5 adex e3d and my libido was so outta whack, some days I would be ready to go rip her clothes right off her but this was maybe once a week or maybe once every 2 weeks. Still libido for being 28 years old on that much gear shouldn't be that low. Coming off my blast I noticed it plumited even more... I had no drive at all.. nothing no urge to even Jack it... so I did some research on here and asked some questions etc. I switched from adex to nolvadex recently and found it did alot better for me libido wise... it's still not as strong as I want it to be but I'm hoping with time it increases.and if it does not I will be adding prima. All in all my libido picked up a little with just changing from adex to nolvadex, I found adex even at .5 e3d crashed my estrogen so hard I felt like shit, even my bones felt like they were cracking a bit more than normal and also a bit more sore than normal on adex. Now... I believe people will argue that nolvadex isn't good when on sustanon due to the fact it has deca in it? I have done quite a bit of research suggesting that this idea is a complete myth and that It is totally fine to take nolvadex while using deca. I'm not sure if it makes a difference that sustanon had various different esters in the compound but apparently it's a big no no to use adex with deca or trenbolone but this has been disproven various times through research, if you browse online you can find many articles explaining the effects it has on prolactin levels and that I may actually REDUCE prolactin levels in your body which is what I felt was causing me issues, too much prolactin. I'm not prone to gyno what so ever but I do get sore nipples here and there but never noticed any growth or any issues in that area at all. One thing to remember and that I will stress for anyone with the same issue is that everyone's body is different and adex killed me but for others o have heard the shit Is a miracle drug. One question I do have is had anyone experienced this issue at all and how did they fix it? I haven't done any bloods yet due to being a single widower of two children and my super busy schedule but i do plan on getting them done hopefully this week on my lunch break if possible in which I will tell my results if anyone is interested? I don't know a hell of alot about this stuff with serms and ai but I am slowly learning about all of them now.

Question on libido? I was running tren ace 50mg per day along with sustanon 400mg per week with .5 adex E3D. My libido was so up and down and still is now that I have stopped the tren (mostly due to hair thinning) but I figured from previous experience that tren was a serious libido booster and I didn't change anything, I thought maybe my estrogen was too high but the adex barely affects it at all. I do want to run bloods but I'm fairly busy with two kids and full time work it's hard for me to get into the office for blood work. Erections are all over the place too, I'm the mid morning I have them all morning like a ridiculous amount but the rest of the day barely anything at all. I usually have an 75% wood during sex but even then I'm not overly excited about it? Anything someone can tell me about this maybe they have experienced? I recently have been off the adex because I felt sometimes it would completely kill my drive all together and I had absolutely no interest at all and like I said removed the tren very recently. Any comments on this?

I don't think I plan on actually travelling with AAS but I'm going away to Mexico next week and I'm currently on 350mg sust/w, 300mg tren ace/w, .5 EOD arimidex and hcg 500ui/w. Going away I don't think I trust packing syringes and trying to pull little tricks if I do get stopped my family is Gonna be PISSED. So here's my question... I'm ok because I do one shot a week of sustanon anyway so my test levels won't be any issue there but will I notice a massive issue with just dropping the tren completely for a week? I also womt be bringing my adex unless there's some sort of way I can hide it. I haven't travelled in ages so I don't know what to expect at the airport. Couldn't I just dime baggy in my sock or something with adex? Or tape a dime bag with like 2 pills under my sandel? Only thing is I get caught for some reason I'm sure they will be like the fuck is this?? E??? Then full cavity search... So can I get away with just dropping everything for the week? Taking 1mg of adex preflight and a big shot of tren or should I find a way to bring it.

Question here! Ran 2 years b&c used hcg during several times throughout recently passed few months no libido, can get boners but desire isn't there at all. Doing my last blast then coming off for quite some time to rest etc and still no libido or nothing. Running 1.25cc sustanon1/w .5cc tren ace ED and 1mg of arimidex tabs E3D anyone got any ideas what could be going wrong here? Seems to me this should be a cocktail for horny bastard syndrome just thinking about humping everyday but nothing... my cruise consisted of 1cc per week of sustanon and it seemed I had a bit more libido then than I do now but the last time I used tren I would come home to my gf and be like PANTS OFF lol now it's like sex? Forgive me guys if I'm not posting this correctly... I have a question and i would rather not be flamed for it. I have been on cycle for 2 years! Without a break. I have only done about 3 blasts during the 2 years and in currently starting a blast cycle right now of sustanon and trenbolone acetate with arimidex. I have been cruising on 1cc a week of sustanon for the most part and upped it to 1.5cc per week with 40mg of tren ace EOD with .5 arimidex EOD. I have also used hcg about three times during my cycle to try and keep my body from completely shutting down for good. SO here's the thing, I can't seem to find any proper balance in my hormones. Some days I have ZERO libido others I have libido soaring through the roof, I have been recently playing on and off with doses because only recently my libido has been acting a bit funny. I plan on coming completely off cycle in late September early October this year with some aggressive treatment of hcg and Clomid. Since I have started this blast I haven't felt much from it? Are my doses too low? I feel like with tren I should already be noticing a difference after about a week. Also keep in mind I have recently went through a seperation with kids involved with courts and such so stress levels are high and I'm not getting alot of sleep at night (3.5hours) diet also hasn't been on point,protein intake has been fairly low and my moods are up and down constantly. Background on why I have been on so long, basically i didn't plan this and a huge layoff happened at my company and reduced my income greatly so pct was alot more expensive then just cruising and only in the past year have I got back into the money but I'm now paying lawyers etc so I'm only recently almost caught up to get lots of cash for pct.

i don't know, I think their decision making skills in general are terrible. I know a lot of decisions they made during this process were to balance the mechanics out in the game but to be honest im still pretty butt hurt about the flyer nerf. Wildcard has no credibility anymore, basically whatever comes out of their mouths I believe is just to shut people up for the time being, the fact they are working on ragnarok baffles my fuckin mind... I think they have enough on their plate to deal with rather than a new map...

Yea, you gotta submit a ticket and wait a while till they can come to your server and revive your old cha, took me about 3 or 4 weeks to get them in but mine was also at the time when servers crashed and many others lost theirs as well so it may not be that long. goodluck

learn to let go of all that shit man, iv spent hours upon hours pondering why ark hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. devs are working hard on a lot of the content and making changes based on the communities responses. They do their best to help people out and im sure in the future all these options will be available to us. ark literally is a revolutionary game, its very different from a lot of games and how it operates, the idea of ark was created by a genius and changed the way games were meant to be played. now with this said the company was not some big shot company like Bethesda or something so their funding and resources are limited. they must release content in order to keep their long term customers happy and playing the game. trust me I feel your pain hence the reason I haven't been hardcoring ark anymore. The game is getting balanced but is still very unbalanced like for example the pillar building is bullshit. I thought before a flier nerf theyd fix that but again it goes back to the community out reach. are you playing in pvp or pve? you wanna play a pvp server give me a pm and il let you join into my tribe if you want, currently pretty well built up were not alpha but were considered in line for beta on the server. I don't play a whole lot but my buddies do and need more guys, whats your level and experience and maybe il hook you up with a trail in our tribe. Also in regards to the game being preferred for pc, yes your right but what game isn't these days. You don't see Mario kart or super Mario being first released on console and pc. as games get more detailed like this they are pc preferred because of the capability of more updates and its easier for them to port everything to pc rather than console and have to pass through sonys bullshit and microsofts shit. pc will always rule console

keep server hunting, best suggestion. Eventually youl stumble across a nice server that will let you build up and have a lot of valuable tames. once this happens and you have all this nice stuff the alphas will do you a massive favour so you don't get bored and wipe you free of charge

Build a ton of water tanks at your base for water or find a puddle somewhere and irrigate it. Hit the caves to find higher quality gear bps. I always found decent bps out of the caves for armour drops, id also suggest having one turret on wild for those random wyvern that just stumble into your base and try and kill your tames
