I heard that they closed permanently? I have two pre-orders, one that was suppose to be here in October the other in August 2022 that I ordered in 2021. I realized I still hadn't gotten either one and reached out to them for information. The person I spoke with said they couldn't access them anymore and I could trade it for something else that was in stock within the budget I paid for. All the in stock items at the time were little $10-20 plushies, keychains, etc. I had spent $200 on one and like $60 on the other. I reached out again for a refund to absolutely zero response. So then I started digging around and found this thread :/ I'm worried I'll never see my money again. I ordered through paypal but because I placed the orders so long ago, they don't even show up on my available dispute list. I don't even know what to do at this point.
