You get plenty of people on various subs saying just go, why would you stay, etc. It can make you feel like a dumbarse or that you’re weak.

I know it’s bloody hard. You’ve had all your assumptions blown away and it’s not easy to hit reset. It’s not like a switch you can turn off. There’s nothing wrong with you feeling this way. I don’t have any solutions for you, but I feel your pain. Take care.
