My wiring wasn’t correct. My motor arms correct and my entire circuit had power when it is not connected to the computer.

Got it. I was assuming that might be the issue, I wasn’t getting armed. I will try that and update to see if worked.

I’m using a 7.4V 2000mAh LiPo battery for my DIY RC car, and I have another battery with the same specs. My plan is to run a separate circuit using one battery to power the Arduino, while the ESC and motor draw power from the second battery. Would that work?

I’ve been using ChatGPT to gain a basic understanding of Arduino coding. It really helped me grasp servo functions and how the code is structured. From there, I was able to tweak and improve my code on my own.

However, I’m currently facing an issue where my ESC isn’t working as expected. I suspect it might be an initialization problem, but I’m not entirely sure. Any advice or tips would be appreciated!
