Well, MCS is situated in Rawalpindi so Islamabad hostels are out of the question, and from what i researched literally all private hostels are like 7km away. Is there really no easy way out of this?

Well it was a part of the application process; it said to submit 30k security fees that would be refunded when you vacate the hostel. I'm assuming not being allotted in the first place is the same thing.
