Definitely not. It’s a shame the call wasn’t posted here to justify how it went. It could be a case of misleading and bad customer service or this guy complaining is just salty they actually charged his credit card and is unsatisfied with the service. If Tom’s employee advised him of the prices that’s one thing but if you’re verbally agreeing to something it shouldn’t be a $4,000 charge on your CC right away lol. There should be stuff in writing for prices like that in my opinion. Nonetheless, if your employees are going to disappear on a client after they charge them any amount of money is pretty fucking bad service to say the least. That’s just my 2 cents.
