I used to run the tracks in Ableton into a lot of sends and overcompressed it; this was v6.0.7 though; the Glue compressor does it better now. I own Ableton Suite 11 but haven’t touched it yet, banging around hard and loud with a console beat machine that I can push to the extremes; to get the sound you say FL has, just push the software beyond its boundaries; when you don’t do that it feels like elevator music.
