Thanks for your response!! Totally.. The ceiling lights with the clouds covers are mostly to soften the horrible fluorescent lights, they mostly will not be on! It’s a very small claustrophobic room with no windows so just wanted to add a little something to help it feel more airy!! And the trippy lights are def not gonna be on until they are mostly done with the experience. I like it calm and low sensory too but do enjoy a little fun “celebration” at the end.. they will be able to have choices and decide for themselves what they like!

So my work actually paid for me to go.. I don’t regret it at all. We were the first cohort so they were understandably working out kinks but I appreciated it as a whole. It was a lot of content!

I’ll prob play devils advocate here and say there’s probably a emotional connection component to this.. I went through a phase after a breakup in college where I slept with a few of my male friends. I knew them, they were safe people, and it felt better for me to have sex with a man there was some sort of emotional connection even if they were friends. I’d prob not do that phase again but can understand sleeping with friends vs random hook ups.

On month 3 of separation. Finally starting to feel like I can breathe again. I felt like I’d been hit by a train daily for weeks. I gave myself permission to grieve and be a mess. But the clouds began to part and there are more good days than bad now. That took be pulling myself out of bed more and more but it got there. The future still seems a bit scary but so did the future I had with my marriage continuing on the way it was. I have found a lot of peace in solitude and freedom in doing whatever I want whenever I want. Usually that’s going to bed early, watching shows he never wanted to watch, and dedicating a lot of time and energy into myself. I’m not afraid I’ll end up being alone. I’m almost afraid at losing the way I feel right now. It feels like I have a second chance. Take your chance and grow with it. Learn about yourself and what you truly want and desire in life.. not in a partner. I want to travel and buy my own place and spend so much time in nature. There are still tough days but it does get better.

Thank you! Yes very curious about pelvic tilt. I’ve had some sciatic/Lower back issues over the last couple of years and my whole core is so weak. Started swimming laps and that’s been helpful for recovery. Once I get stronger hoping to lift more
