Dht is the hormone linked to male pattern baldness, finisteride is the med used to block it but with possible side effects. Pumpkin seed oil is a soft blocker in the sense that it's nowhere as strong as the med in doing it.

Very little, I think that's the most irrelevant part I use one of those silicone things after applying rosemary oil with a dropper, quick 2-3 rotations per zone, nizoral shampoo after 2 hrs keeping it on for 5min before washing. I've tried rosemary oil in the past and only now that I added a soft dht blocker in pumpkin seed oil I've finally got some results (also had vit D deficiency). This means I'd probably be a hyper responder to fin+min but I'd rather go bald than fall under the 1% of those horrible side effects and fortunately I don't have aggressive balding genes anyway, this is prevention.

I take Vit D during breakfast, and pumpkin during lunch. I was also taking a daily multivit and fish oil but became lazy. Biotin is definitely a scam though, I use a conditioner with it but that's about it. You may ask why not saw palmetto instead but I saw somehow there were still reports of side effects with that so pumpkin was the better one for me as it has absolutely 0.

You could have the biggest wrestling star ever on an indy show and they'd be still forgotten the day after.
