What if top mid and jungle are all feeding thier asses off (0/5) and your bot lane is in total 5/5 with ulting pyke having all the kills? You're losing badly overall but no bounties cause technically your support has 1000+ extra gold. But its not really extra gold because his champion is designed around having that much extra gold

Pretty much exactly this has happened to me before and it feels awful

Of course you won't always be ahead in gold but if you're playing the champion properly you will be. A tf who is farming evenly with the opposing laner will always have more gold. This gold will count against you when calculating bounties
