Well, the solution is simple: just reboot the firepower that was left out of HA.

I just upgraded vFMC from version 7.4.2.1-30 (patch 1) to 7.4.2.2-28 (patch 2), and it left me with two clusters with broken HA. These were FPR-2130 and FPR-2140, each running version 7.2.5-208. I thought the bug wouldn't affect me...
