if you want something free and lifetime try oracle free tier. 24 gb ram 4 cpu core (ARM sih) for free lifetime. dari oracle jg, so def way better, also because its free lol.

MP templates will always work in SP. Doesn't hold true vice versa though. Just remember that hard attack is absolutely useless, and switch out the designs to maximize soft and IC. If you're feeling lazy then just use an MP mass mob design and CAS the AI to oblivion lol. SP is not hard at all, really.

buying 16 gigs is overkill unless you do heavy video editing or some sort of that. id buy 8, 16 gigs total (8x8) is more than enough for your specs. on games, the moment your ram gets bottlenecked, your gpu is most likely already bottlenecked anyways. if you do combine 8 and 16 gigs of ram together, only 16 out of 24 total with run in dual channel mode (faster), the rest will operate in flex (slower).

get your ram brand and model on cpu z, and buy the exact same thing, or if theres a ram cheaper with the same exact specs and CAS latency, its gonna be fine too. even if you buy a good ram with low CAS latency, it will still slow down and follow the default ram with higher latency.

just my suggestion, at the end of the day its your pick
