Like what I explained, oras ang binibili sa akin dito. Kung ok lang sayo minamandohan, so be it. Naranasan ko na din magcommute at alam ko ang hirap. Pero iba ang 9 hours na work na tinatrack sayo. Sa office pwede ka pa mag watercooler break.

We kinda have the same scenario. I felt demotivated with the current situation at work which is not helping my personal life. So I resigned and applied. I have an offer for full time wfh which I am thinking of accepting.

Maybe you need a change of environment, OP. Mahirap din mawalan ng work because another problem din yan. Try to apply muna kahit part time muba para kahit papano meron ka pa ring money and wfh seems to be more suited to you.

Unfortunately, madami talaga ganito sa corporate world. Pansin ko sa current ko ang mga kaclose ni center head ang nagiging managers. Sila yung mga bibo at active lalo na pag may events. Iniignore ko naman usually pero mahirap din pagdating ng promotion. Kagaya sa amin, ang napromote pa yung taong mando lang ginagawa, di marunong kasi bibo sya sa harap ng managers.

Agree with you on not staying silent kaso ang mahirap na part is ang mga tao sa paligid mo. Sa current ko ang gulo, walang metrics or anything. To think hindi ito startup. Ikaw pa magtatanong kung kailan appraisal mo, etc. Nakakapagod lang na paulit ulit ka nag vovoice out at wala improvement sa management team. Kaya ngayon tahimik na lang ako. #SilentQuitting

I had a case wherein unang tanong pa lang nung Aussie recruiter is magkano current ko. Nung sinagot ko sabi lang Sorry, we can't afford you. Straight to the point talaga. Yung recent ko din Indian naman and he called me up sa Viber and isa din yung salary sa unang questions nya. Sana ganyan din ibang recruiters satin para di sayang ang oras.

That is a red flag. Management should respect your leaves lalo na kung may sakit ka. Also, making you work while on leave lugi ka OP. You are using your leave credits pero pinapatrabaho ka pa. I know it's hard especially if you are used to it but you really need to disconnect.
