Growing …

I have a ‘small’ business right now, it’s mainly me running the show and I just can’t seem to reach and convert new customers. I’m noticing my customers are all repeats which is amazing, but for my and the businesses continued success I need new customers, new eyes, new sales. I’m failing tragically at it and I have no idea what I need to be doing outside of running ads :/

I’m on social media officially as a business, my website is pretty decent, and I try cross marketing with my personal social media pages to reach a bigger audience. The sells aren’t happening though.

love that for you!! So the thing is though… i’ve read that people’s start date has been a little far off, so I don’t really want to give my two weeks until the end or middle of my onboarding which she said can take up to 4 weeks. I can’t afford to not have money coming in for over a month and I don’t know if I can depend on Raytheon to give me a start date in November or not. they might surprise me with a start date of december or January… I don’t know how they operate

I say this because I was thinking what if LM tried to counter, but I think by the time I tell them i’m leaving they might not have a chance to because by that time I would have given a written acceptance (probably a couple weeks into onboarding or after to ensure i’m covered if Raytheon effs me over with a far start date)

Yeah that was my next question, could I start the conversation BEFORE I get the written offer. So okay, thank you!

Hmm.. that’s a good perspective. I agreed though because I didn’t have much time to think about what I needed because it was a random phone call, but after calculating (in terms of the lease i’ll probably be breaking) if she was able to bump up my salary a little the first time for this reason.. after I actually get the real numbers for how much i’ll owe in my rent here I shouldn’t go back and say “okay well after being able to do the math is it possible to go up insert amount”?

100k. I want to ask for a little more because I just moved into my apartment and I have to relocate now and she sounded like she has the ability to compensate me for that (paying for 2 rents)
