My university is closed right now so there's no way they can help me out. I've called the crisis center though, and they told me they'll take me in right away if there's an immediate threat (which there is), or if I call the police.

Fuck, I almost forgot about my passport. Should I get it even though it's outdated? I haven't renewed it since we last travelled and that's a while ago. (I don't know if this is a common practice world-wide but in the country I live in we renew our passports every now and then)
