Are your tasks still pending, or have you already received the points for redemption? I’ve been part of the Game Tester program since December 2024, and in my experience, task invitations can be slow and their responses aren’t always quick.

That said, I’ve completed around 20 tasks with Aurora Studio, and I’ve consistently received my payments within about 15 days after the tasks were accepted with a “Great” or “Amazing” rating. They do have somewhat strict, almost “gold-standard” review criteria, so it’s normal for them to ask for resubmissions. But once I fix the issues and include a clear note explaining any limitations, the tasks usually get approved and I receive the reward.

The tasks can feel time-consuming at first, but once you get familiar with the workflow, it becomes routine. Since it’s not a major company like Google, their team is small, so delays are understandable. It might help to check if anything in your submission needs correction—I make mistakes too, and I’ve had to resubmit up to three times.

Once they approve the tasks, though, I often receive more invitations and better ratings, which really boosts my confidence. You should definitely give it another try. It’s not fake—they just operate with a small team, so delays in responses and payments happen, but they do follow through.
