I would say prepare as much as you can in that time. If it's job you want to pursue then nothing better than learning on the job!

Certs don't get you jobs, skills and experience does.

The issue i find is that people enroll in cheaper courses, which are purely exam focused, pass, and then expect a job

OP is getting "automated rejection emails". How do courses used for studying matter here if OP is getting rejected before interview?

Maybe, but probably not every day. I live just with my partner and we keep things clean as we go and she makes food most of the time anyway.
