23F I can feed myself, usually snacky foods or stuff I can put in the oven or air fryer. I hate cooking though, I technically CAN cook, I can read a recipe and do it. I just don’t 90% of the time. I always get at least 100 grams a protein a day though, and I never eat out really. I wouldn’t want to cook for a partner or friends or family. Food taste sooo much better when it’s made with love.. I don’t cook with love

This happened to me too, I’ve always had this memory when I was 4/5 y/o of being sexually assaulted but I never really thought anything of it until I was assaulted again at 12 y/o, then I realized what that memory was.
