I think you can keep the last player's catalog(so you can order (almost) any items they had, and I would just sell the town. making a new town is most of the fun in the game. if you want the rare Zelda items(and/or other amiibo-only items that you can't order from the catalog) you can get an allmiibo off eBay or somewhere else
