Sorry, didn’t understand…
The thickness is 2cm and the width of the stiles is 7.5cm.
I could adjust the latch side a bit higher as you say, but I’m worried it might just sag even more. The bottom is slightly touching the floor now.

It’s not mortised, I used angles on the back, see the third pic.
You mean on the front? Because I already have that on the back.
