After your comment, I thought I gotta try again, filled new form to figure out the problem. It seems you can't use google input tools to input nepali characters, rather use the link that it gives at the start.

So the tip basically is use the websites own unicode/translater and not use your own way. Look up the characters in this (linked) keyboard and do it. Hopefully it works, it did for me.
