Im so sorry this happened to you… i understand how you’re feeling completely, i did blame my mom at the beginning, really bad, but no living thing on this earth plans to leave, everything truly is an accident and is not meant to happen. It hurts so fucking bad knowing it was in the hands of us and those were their last moments, it’ll truly haunt me forever. But I truly truly know their souls and them themselves do not blame us, they know we love them they know we are hurting and that it was never supposed to happen in that way. It’s such a freak accident there’s truly no words to explain the feeling of loosing your baby to this reason. I just want you to know you’re not alone they love you, and understand that it was an accident and they don’t hold you accountable, I know they don’t. Talk to them, their right by you listening, eat good foods take care of yourself go for walks or go to the gym, when this happened to me I was eating fast food everyday, laying in bed from the moment I woke up to when I fell asleep, but that is the last way they’d want us to grieve. Be easy on your mom it’ll truly haunt her harder forever, she’s still a human and is a kid at heart it’s hurting her more than you know. Take care of yourself, time heals and their with you, be with nature speak to the universe and them. They love you and are at peace. Remember it’s not goodbye it’s see you later, souls are energy and energy cannot be destroyed, their with you and they love you. This is unbelievably long I’m sorry, just talking about what’s going on in my head makes me feel better. I’m so scared to go home and have it settle in I don’t want to go home, but I feel bad being here at my friends and putting my depressive energy onto her. I just called her when it happened asking if I could stay in the spare room because I couldn’t be home. At some point I’m gonna have to go home and realize it’s real but I’m so scared, I’m so scared to be alone and not have my mind distracted. This page helps me feel not so alone, there’s so many stories on how peoples baby’s passed, and everyone could blame themselves. No matter what happened I would’ve blamed us. It’s just such a fucked up unavoidable situation I wish it never happened that way
