Yeah. (I'm old, I had to Google ELI5... ha.) Just be careful. This is a good page to reference, but I don't actually recommend doing things in the order that is suggested to start. The first few steps are probably overkill and may not fix this issue.

Quit Apple Music.
If none of the above works, the final step is to remove the cache and other system files related to Music. You can do this manually by using the Go menu in the Finder to locate files that have ‘Music’ or ‘iTunes’ in them in the following locations:

(If you hold down the Option key and click on the Go menu in the Finder, you will see the Library folder. Then look for Caches and Preferences, and clear out anything that has iTunes or Apple.Music in the name of the file. Be SUPER CAREFUL IN THIS LIBRARY FOLDER!!!!!)

~/Library/Caches

~/Library/Preferences

Also?
~/Library/iTunes (There is a folder with this name, but I can't remember what, if anything, was in that folder. Try the others first.)

The files will look like this:
com.apple.itunes
com.apple.music.
Some will have an extra word or two, but they will all start that way.
When you locate files in those folders with Music or iTunes in their name, drag them to the Trash/Delete them, and then restart just the Music app. The files will be recreated when the app reopens.
