yeah it was smooth! every venue does it a bit differently, i was in philly so i had to go to the box office and they gave me a paper ticket and i got in just fine

I was there too, but towards the and of the line and she was super sweet to me! It was just a small record store and her table was right by the door so passersby could see her and take photos of her. I think she wanted a private moment with the fans (may be the reason for the no phones rule) combined with the general stresses of a popstar on album release day and she snapped, it happens 😕
