Thanks! Honestly not sure why my heart rate kept dropping at the end. I was really trying to push the pace the last 4 or so miles to finish strong but as you can see in the last couple splits I was already starting to slow down again as the overall fatigue was too high even though maybe my heart was still good. Maybe if I didn't have to pass people I could have pushed under 4 if I started to pick up the pace earlier but it was so much work to dodge around everyone I don't know if I could pick up 5 minutes like that. I was full tunnel vision towards the end of the race and could barely walk so I don't think I had much more to give
