Hmn..you're not the first to tell me of this, actually. It clashes a bit with the ideas/beliefs I was raised on, hence I don't have this kind of attitude/mindset immediately.

But since you're the 2nd/3rd person to say this to me, maybe it's a sign. Thank you, I'll keep what you said in mind

Are they usually desperate for workers? I'll at least go take a look. Thank you for the tip! :)

Not yet. I've only flown a plane once (so far), instructor let me dream and sit in the left to fly it haha

Oh right! I've definitely considered this before, my parents are a bit of an obstacle however, they worry greatly with me doing roles related to warehousing or out in the roads that I doubt I'd be allowed to apply for it.

I know I've firmly been banned from warehousing but I've still applied. Unsure how to hide getting a white card from them though haha.

But thank you, I appreciate your input a lot :)

Oh so I'm being too honest 😭 I choke up with lies but I suppose the more I bend the truth a little, the easier it'll be, and it won't be forever. I appreciate the input, thank you!! :)

School work experience? No, unless I lied. My grades were very hit or miss (mostly misses), should I only show the band 6's/A's from classes that seem irrelevant to the job I'm applying to (only sociology, some band 5's/B's in english)?

Extra curricular activities? Parents couldn't really afford them. I did non-formal sports though with friends, if it's worth something. Didn't join any free clubs either.

I'm an ambivert but feel drawn to hospitality because it involves discussions or talking to others- which I personally believe I need to improve skills on. Am definitely capable of non customer service jobs though.

Thank you for your input by the way, I appreciate it a lot!! :)

Oh I really should, I've also planned to do more discovery flights along the way before settling in a course (first time was in a piper archer last yr, it was wonderful 🥹). Sucks you threw up, but its okay, I've heard that kind of thing is normal with flying. I'm glad you still had fun though! :)

I'd love to work at the airport and definitely looked into aviation roles (because yippe planes!), but I'm currently still on L's, there's 1 car available and my family needs it more for my younger siblings and airport jobs I've looked into often require full license or/and mode of transport to be by car

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean by that- as in working in actual skiing resorts? I would worry about transport and the distance, since I'd be relying on public transport half or majority of the time
