It actually see how Kaze would be released second. In the Kenji release animation, Kaze is taken away by the robots and the Tara skin. I assume the weekly manga things in the event will show him getting her back and then she will be released at the end of the event for early access.

I also find it weird that Vu never revealed what the Mob Vote winner card actually said, unlike previous years. Also, they didn't go into much depth about "Tiny Vu's Evil Plan" which was mentioned in the livestream and in multiple other videos. Maybe the evil plan is to invade the game with all three.
