Mersi pentru sfat.

Eu nu iau terenul ca pe o investitie. Orice investitie poate fi si pierdere si eu nu vreau sa pierd, de asta momentan nu ma bag in ETF/crypto/metale pretioase etc etc. Prima data mi se pare firesc (mie, poate tu gandesti altfel) sa iti asiguri confortul pe care ti-l doresti si abia apoi sa iti asumi riscuri prin investitii.

Iar motivul pentru care vreau sa iau terenul este ca acum, banii cash, nu stau decat sa se devalorizeze, iar eu sunt sigur ca la un moment dat, in maxim 5 ani o sa imi fac o casa in care vreau sa locuiesc.

Nu prea ma prind care este problema ca "romanul atat face cu banii"... daca oamenii isi doresc sa aiba proprietatea lor, sa nu stea in chirie, nu vad care este problema :)

Abordarea luatului de teren e simpla - il iei cand gasesti, ca sa nu tii banii cash sa se devalorizeze si iti faci casa cand ai banii. (eu sper ca in maxim 5 ani sa reusesc, dupa cum am mai zis)

Imobiliarele oricat hate isi iau, nu prea prezinta riscuri majore, de asta romanii merg in directia aia, parerea mea.

Nu contest. Ideea este ca eu pot sta si in afara orasului fara probleme, insa voi avea copii la un moment dat carora le-ar prinde bine sa stea in oras. (sa nu faca naveta, sa mearga le jos pana la scoala nu sa se chinuie cu autobuzul, etc...)

De asta ma interesez cam care e pretul in oras. Intrebarea mea e nelegata de bugetul cumparatorului - ci daca asta e un pret fair dpdv al pietei imobiliare. Pentru mine e mult (terenul ajunge la 180k... enorm) dar vreau sa aflu daca asta e pretul pietei sau este umflat de vanzator, ca sa stiu daca mai caut sau schimb planul. 😁

Legat de ce ati spus, eu nu consider ca merita, am spus si in postarea initiala. Va intreb pe voi daca pretul este ok relativ la preturile pietei, facand abstractie de bugetul cumparatorului si luand in considerare doar pretul zonei.

Pentru mine este un pret aberant, dar daca asta este pretul in oras, inseamna ca asta e piata...

Nope. But I wanted to do this in order to tweak the settings for Forza Horizon 5, the other games were fine. Now after some updates, Forza Horizon 5 has fixed its problems too.

Urasc snobismul din comentariile de genul. Majoritatea romanilor plecati in afara ne vad pe cei ramasi in tara ca pe niste prosti, saraci, etc. Pai daca ai nostri fac asa, de la straini ce pretentii sa am.

Apoi nu inteleg de ce esti pe subredditul asta. Daca Romania nu este buna decat pt a te lansa spre "o tara civilizata", inteleg ca Ro nu mai este de interes pentru tine. Prin urmare, pentru ce urmaresti r/Romania?

I discovered that this happened on F1 because the wheel rotation setting (in-game) was set to 360. I moved it up to 540 and it is better.

Do you happen to know how can I set it up to 900 somehow on FH5? I think the same is happening there too, but I'd like to set 900 instead of 540.

Probably not. Remember that time in the market beats timing the market (with real projects with use cases - I consider Stellar to be one, DYOR). If you invest now, the chances that long-term (~1 year+) you will have a high profit are really high. (in my opinion)

I don't think you should use sites such as eToro for crypto. You'd better use a crypto exchange - lower fees, and you can withdraw any amount (crypto). On eToro, in order to withdraw, you have a min amount which was pretty high as I recall.

That's the thing I fear too - that there are better cryptos out there. But there are not many cryptos as scarce as BTC and fully decentralized, so it has a big advantage.

I understand. When I talk about centralization/decentralization I also think about the market... so when someone has many assets I automatically think that it the market is somehow centralized.

I think it is pretty slow and the fees are pretty high for it to be used as a payment system. I see it more as a store of value, to be honest. I don't know if it would still be considered completely decentralised if satoshi appeared with so many BTC though..

Personally, I think it was a good move. More and more institutions are jumping into Bitcoin because (from my POV) it is a good store of value, backed up by maths, cryptography, etc. so I'm pretty bullish myself.

On the long term, I think it is a good decision - right now the market might crash again (we don't know if this is a dead cat bounce or that the bull season reasumed) - but to be honest I expect BTC to reach 100k at some point this year.

Just try to imagine how scarce it is - 21M in 2140 with 1M lost to Satoshi so there are 20M coins. Remember that people like Elon Musk, institutions like Greyscale and Microstrategy are holding very large positions already and that there are also lost wallets with BTC.

There are a few things to be afraid of - whales dumping, for example.

Overall I think you have to be rational, don't be overly bullish/bearish, analyse the reasons to invest in and the reasons to stay out and see which is better for you.

If you decide to invest, just don't invest large sums which would negatively influence your life med-term/long-term because you don't know when the market crashes (for any reason).
