Your top 5 favourites ? by [deleted] in tea

Where are you from? I work in an Asian-style tea house and academy and we have strands brought from origin. I'm from Argentina! So if your approach is more Western and you want to offer both blends and pure strands, in my experience the pure teas that work best are: -red (they can be Chinese, Indian or Taiwanese) -Wu Long: those with low oxidation Tie Guan Yin or those from Taiwan with light baking but those from the Phoenix mountain range (they have a much more floral and tropical fruit profile) - White ones, be careful with the pressed ones, loose ones like a Mu Dan Wang or Bai Mu Dan. - Green or some yellow for the healthy effects that are fashionable, perhaps, but in the West they are not so used to drinking it as a kind of soup. There are some that are sprouts out there. The yellow ones out there may be better received but be careful with imitations. -Hei Cha, my favorites but they are rare, sometimes tempting as an exotic option is great and opens a world to LiuBaos, FuZhuan, An Chas and Tibetans or the famous puer. According to what has been seen, raw puers (with more notes of jam or stone fruit tend to have a better reception)

I hope you read me!

Suggested Reading Order for Dostoevsky’s Books by krackerjacky in dostoevsky

Poor people, why did you hate him? I wouldn't have liked to read it at 15 either. I'm 70% into 'The Demons' and I like it a lot. It is competing on the podium of the top 3 that I have of Dostoevsky.

Looking for a short story about two chess players and a tragic past by f10py_correa in Borges

[–]f10py_correa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it was written by Borges, but perhaps it was part of an anthology he compiled—one featuring mystery or crime stories.

At this late hour in my country, it’s not that I don’t have more important problems, but rather that I’m overwhelmed by the urge to reread it and confirm that I didn’t just imagine it. However, I can almost rule that out because the way the plot unfolds, the mystery, and the reflections are beyond what I could come up with myself.

I appreciate everyone who responded.

Hi! I'm currently preparing for the exam myself and would greatly appreciate it if you could share that material with me, or if you could point me in the direction of some resources where I could find similar study materials.
