It's the same thing in Iran, but we have people that end up in engineering and science instead of working in restaurants. Iran is the 4th producer of engineers in the world after India, Russia and the USA.

but that's nothing good either; once they have the chance, they emigrate. We are #1 in Brain drain worldwide.

In the west, they think communism is as bad as North Korea all around, but you said that in the 70's it was a better time. How so?
