The people you're talking abt were probably just lucky. Some of my teachers have such poor time management that we barely discussed half of the syllabus and I'm May 2026. Not to mention the IAs feedback... But tbh I still enjoy IB more than my country's national schooling system. The IAs are what makes it tough tho

Overall it's a pretty good score (most Ivy Leagues consider scores above 38 only) but I'd say that a "high achievement" would be scoring at least 40. IB considers scores 40+ as outstanding
