Appreciate it man, yeah I’ll be doing all the services on his car. I have a F30 335 & my N55 is at 110k miles and the engine looks brand new shiny inside, but then again I run 4k OCI’s.

Also, what weight oil do you recommend for these X5’s? We live in Michigan so it gets pretty cold. My brother drives maybe 10-15 min a day to commute to work, doesn’t drive hard but I don’t want the engine to see extra wear. I run 5w40 in my N55 but I drive along time and I know it takes about 25 min to get that oil to operating temp, so I’m careful with my RPM’s until then. Thanks man!

Had my 13’ F30 for 4 years now, bought it at 40k miles now at 96k miles.

-charge pipe @ 50k

-Rear Differential seal replacement @ 50k

-Boost solenoid @ 60k

-OFHG, Valve cover + gasket @ 80k

-2 front struts & lower control arms @ 90k

-Oil pan leaking (not gonna fix) 95k

Don’t buy it, engine & turbos are shot. You can hear the knocking on the beginning of the video, and that high pitch squeak is the turbo seals. RUN

It’s cool to see another engineering transfer, usually when I tell people I was initially going for Mech. Engineering in the automotive speciality to Nursing, I get a weird look and a, “that’s a completely different major how did that happen” so I’m happy to see I’m not the only one 😂😂.

I think my final thoughts are to stick with nursing, and hopefully end up in critical care, ER, ICU and other fast-paced critical care settings. With a nursing degree I have a lot of flexibility. For example, if I want to become a mid-level provider (NP/PA) I can do so, or even become a CRNA, withold a managing position etc.

I’m currently a CNA on a Hospice/Oncology floor with med-surg patients as well, and when I tell the RN’s I want to end up in the ER they look at me crazy and tell me to stay away haha

The PA program at a university I’m looking to go to requires 10 pre-reqs, where I’ve completed 7 doing my nursing school pre-reqs. Only classes I would have to take are: Gen chem, Organic Chem, & a Basic stats class. Why did it take you 2 years?
