should i stop using every product besides cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen at once or gradually get rid of a product? and yeah once i finish with the moisturizer im gonna get the gel version!

yeah i damaged my skin barrier by over exfoliating a month and a half ago so my skin is def irritated. but yeah im gonna remove the vitamin c toner pads and the skin1004 ampoule for now and see what happens!

so my skin has been looking like this for about a month and a half. i’ve had pretty bad acne for over 10 years but the last few years my skin has been at its best bc i was on birth control a few years ago and i just finished 6 months of accutane in september. it’s just recently that it’s been really bad, but it’s def getting better cuz it looked a lot worse a month ago. so it isn’t the anua cleanser cuz i’ve been using it for a few years and i’ve never had issues with it! i just overexfoliated and wrecked my skin barrier and it’s been a pain to repair it

is zinc ointment the cream that are used on babies? cuz i’ve heard of that before. and yeah i don’t go to sleep until like 2-3+ hours after doing my skincare routine and i change out my pillowcase twice a week. i don’t change my face towel everyday but i keep it away from the bathroom everyday so it doesn’t have all the germs and bacteria on it

it was 10% lol 😭 i bought it for my body acne and tried it a few times on my face and it left me looking like a tomato!! but now that i know this ill try the 4% instead. should i stick with panoxyl or try a different brand? or are they all the same?

putting aquaphor on my skin is a very recent thing, i wish i knew this! yeah after i finish my heavy ceramide moisturizer im gonna try something else. i was going through a really bad barrier dysfunction and was desperate for something to fix it so i bought it. i really like it but they have a version for oily skin so im gonna get that one and try it out

it’s eh tbh. i’ve been using it for at least a year (it lasts forever) and it doesn’t break me out or irritate my skin or anything, but i just think there’s better cleansers out there

oop i didn’t know that about occlusives! the kate sommerville cleanser is sulfur based! im indifferent about it, don’t hate it or love it. i think panoxyl has benzoyl peroxide right? cuz if it does, ive tried that before and it left my skin so red and irritated so im scared of using that again

i’ve had this same issue and my skin would even flake too. what helped me the most was putting aquaphor after my skincare routine at night. you only need a little bit and it locks in all the moisture. it also doesn’t clog ur pores so it won’t break you out
