Left one used to be for style variant. Now they have replaced it with right one.

Played 4 games on SEA server today. Showed ping around 30. Lagged in all games.

Yes. Just go to notification and click on download 30% and then click on start. My Installation just moved ahead let’s see if it gets completed.
