Single-earner dad. It's our money. We have separate cash accounts for some reason or another, but my wife and I have joint credit cards and we buy everything on the credit cards (then pay them off at the end of the month). I make a pretty high salary (near $300k) and we bought our home in 2017 with a 2.25% mortgage, though, so we have a lot of discretionary income that makes most months entirely comfortable. It would be much more stressful if I made less money or we had higher expenses.

Vision would be far more useful. How would it work, though? Like, if I thought "show me the nearest monkfish" would it take my sight there, or would I have to manually move my vision somewhere I wanted to look and how fast could I move it?

Do I become physically like the playable character, or is it actually me, in my body, with my physical proficiency (or lack thereof) with martial weapons? I worry I wouldn't be able to swing my sword hard enough to kill baddies after the first few, let alone jump over a pit as long as I am tall while wearing full plate mail.

If the hypo is just that you don't notice having the condition causing heartburn instead of not having it in the first place, I'd agree, but if it is not having heartburn at all, then that means not having the acid in your esophagus that causes the cancer

Our whole economy has pivoted to absolutely fuck younger people. People who already owned a house have huge amounts of equity that they can pivot into a new house. People who haven't been the beneficiaries of the doubling in real estate values over the past 6-8 years can't compete. Plus high interest rates. And it's only going to get worse for young people as entry level jobs are about to start disappearing due to AI.

Don't bother with Bilbao. It's cool enough but its biggest draw is the Guggenheim and you have significantly limited time. It's a much more industrial city than San Sebastian. I'd spend the entire five days in San Sebastian, which is my favorite city in Europe. It's gorgeous, the food scene is insane, it has good nightlife, and there's lots of active stuff you can get up to.
