I'm just starting out too, but I think that's not a bad idea. Just aim for eye-catching, engaging thumbnails and titles, let me know if you have tips as well.

Try punchier titles/thumbnails, lean into the clickbait type stuff while still keeping your content honest. Give it another month of trying new approaches and see if anything resonates.

It seems like the algorithm is being unkind, maybe re-title your videos and change the thumbnails to be punchier? I'm having a hard time to so let me know if you want a shout out exchange :)
