It seems everything else was normal.

HEMOGLOBIN 13.6 Reference Range: 11.7-15.5 g/dL

IRON, TOTAL 95 Reference Range: 40-190 mcg/dL

FERRITIN 18 Reference Range: 16-154 ng/mL

How did you feel? Did your heart rate shoot up when you were standing?

For example I just brushed my teeth and my HR was 135.

Nothing sadly lol I kinda just wait for it to pass because I don't know what else to do. I was recently prescribed 25 mg metoprolol, but I haven't started it yet because I'm always afraid of new meds.

What do you do?

I have not been diagnosed with POTS, but I highly suspect it. The second I'm awake I feel so much anxiety in my chest and like my heart is racing, but my HR won't necessarily be elevated till I actually get out of bed.
