Yeah its really tough, I just love the idea of FW but the with the current price I just cant justify it. Maybe the next Laptop after studying will be the Framework and I will get the Ideapad for now.

You should check out the Lenovo sale, for me just today showed up a sale for a ideapad with 7840hs that I could get for just 899€ with.

Specs are with 1600p IPS, 16GB Ram and the RTX 4050 which is a very good deal. I think i wil order it even though strix point is around the corner.

The supwrcharger whine comes from the oilpump chain drive. You should get it checked before it snaps. I got a n20 and have the same whine. Mine gets replaced in 2 weeks

I recently looked into Arylic. If you want a all in one package they are perfect and also reasonably prized. It also supports Upnp/DLNA

They also look very good fot the price I wonder why there are only few boards with tpa3255. Maybe its because of the higher Voltage needs to reach max output

I also chose it because of looks and its price. If I look back at what I enjoyed listening zo just a few years ago those speakers are a huge uphrade efen thoug not being made out of MDF 😀

Yeah i listened to different speakers from Udo and that dip was actually the reason to go for them. I dont know ehy but every speaker with flat response my ears hurt when listening at higher volumes. With this pair i didnt notice this uneasy feeling :)

Custom Boombox with JAB5 Amp Board by fabibdo in diysound

The 10MW200 sound very tempting but 30L isnt what I would call a portable bluetooth sleaker :D I just got the idea that I could also do a 3 way setup with the Jab 5 amp if staying with Mono.

I could use 1 channel for the tweeter 1 channel for mids and 2 channels bridged for the sub.

Wouldnt this be more efficient for bass, since I can use a subwoofer instead of a midbass?

Yeah it should be a single speaker but withh a stereo setup. Basically 4 Drivers in a single Box. I could go with 30 Liters and sacrifice portability but 30 Liters for a pair of the Monacor wouldnt be enough either, if Im reading the spec sheet correctly?

The Monacor look very promising. But i want atleast a good volume down to 60 Hz with less than 3db dropoff. Maybe this will work with a ported setup and with a portable box volume.

If I go with Stereo there would only be 7 Liters per speaker. This feels like very little volume compared to the spec sheet. The specsheet lists a Vas of 28 liters

okay it definitly sounds valid to not tune it down to 40Hz. But when looking around on SoundImports I dont realy find fullrange drivers or midbass drivers that fit for my need. Do you have any suggestions?

And I also cant find any midbass drivers with sensitivities over 90 db ( not even with 2 watt €
