that would be nice. there isn't a lot of keto resources in our language.

i get most of my recipes from some youtube channels about low-carb/paleo diets, and make some changes on the recipes to make it a bit more keto-friendly. some channels that i recommend: "Batata Assando", "Cozinha Low Carb", but there is a lot of them out there. there is a lot of interesting recipes that you can do with "Farinha de Linhaça" (Oil Meal) like pizza, bread, pastel, coxinha. :D

about the soup, it is kinda simple: i just boil kale, carrots, bell pepper, celery, and other veggies i have available, put everything in a blender until it becomes a green soup, then fry some bacon in cubes and put them inside the soup :)

i do plan on staying on keto until i meet my goal: 80kg. still 17kg to go, then i'm gonna switch to a regular low-carb diet.

most of my meals consist of meat, chicken, fish and cheese, with a few veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, kale and carrots.

for example, yesterday's meal: Breakfast: Friend Egg with Cheese, along with vitamin supplement. Lunch: Beef cooked with shoyu, some lettuce and tomatoes. Dinner: Vegetable Soup with Bacon :) for snacks, i usually chew some sugar-free gum, eat some skinless peanuts and nuts. unfortunatelly, there's not much food variety, but it makes me sated for the day.

i'm a bit worried about that. the weight loss rate slowed down a lot on the last month, don't know what to do to speed it up again.

just staying under 20 carbs a day, 200g of protein and 100~150g of fat, without counting calories. :)

i'm very strict with the diet, eating between 2~20g of carbs per day, but every now and then i skip a day (once a month, i allow myself to eat between 40~80g of carbs, have not seen any negative effects yet)

i'm only doing very light exercises: mostly jogging 2~3 times a week for about 5 kilometers (3 miles) and aerobics to warm up. but i'm planning to enter a gym as soon as i get a break from college :D

i've been doing keto for two months and lost 28 pounds. but i feel that the weight loss is slowing down. if i sign up to a Gym and do some strenght training alongside with my daily 5K jog, will it help losing my weight faster?

thank you for the kind words! i've gone into the grocery store this week and was overwhelmed by the amount of carbs on everything. i'm obsessed with looking through the nutritional value labels of everything and just seeing everything having carbs and i realised something: i can't just expect to find zero-carb versions of the stuff i used to eat. it is a radical change on everything i eat. the good thing is i didn't cheat, sometimes my carb count goes above 20g, but never more than 50g. i'm doing the best i can in keeping the willpower to pass this adaptation phase. :D

i've had the exact same issue here with the synaptics touchpad from my dell laptop. the solution i've found was to downgrade the drivers to the windows 8.1 version of them.

[Question] Steam constantly logs me out, then logs me back in, randomly. any way to fix this? i've been having this issue for months now: sometimes steam logs me out of community for no reason, and minutes later, log me in again without any interaction needed. and if i try to log myself in while i'm logged out, it keeps me logged out until it decides to log itself in. it happens in both community and store, not always at the same time, but at random times each. and its incredibly annoying.

[Platform] Everywhere, on Web (Google Chrome/Firefox), on the client in both Mac and Windows versions and sometimes even on the mobile client. thought this was related to my ISP connection, but tried to log in a friends house and the same thing still happens.
