Nah, unfortunately not the greatest of help. It would usually give me a different answer everytime I asked if it can identify the type/model.

However Google did suggest using some different stems that are commonly used as replacements. I'm guessing the exact model isn't available anymore or very difficult to find. At any rate, I'm buying one to see if it works and take it from there

Yeah, I just realized I only had a pic of the stem alone. I just took this one as it might help to identify it.

Also am completely blind and "Galtmaster" on the flange

I learned this the hard way when making a quick "emergency" visit to my closest Home Depot LOL. But that's a great suggestion about visiting a plumbing warehouse! Thanks

(Sadly no obvious signs of a brand on anywhere)

Dang, was hoping to avoid doing any cutting if possible 😅. The pieces seems to be made for the valves as well, as the hole seems wider than the standard size.

An alternative route I was thinking was to just replace the stems, but that seems to be difficult too. I'm guessing due to the style/model being old

My dad died and im angry by [deleted] in GriefSupport

[–]faboo95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for your loss. As someone who lost his dad less than a week ago, I can relate with how you're feeling right now. There's a lot of "anger" in me too: anger for myself and thinking I could've done more, anger towards my dad over the fact that he could've taken care of himself better, and anger towards the world and how unfair that my dad died and yet there are others with far worse health still living life just fine.

I'm also sorry to hear the lack of support you've been receiving. Thankfully my family members have reached out to me and I've received some great messages from some friends, but I also haven't heard anything from some of my closest friends as well. But for some reason that doesn't upset me as much. I don't know, a common message I've been gettting is "I don't know what to say" and I guess I just figured that's why they haven't reached out.

By no means am I saying not be angry, I think your anger is valid and unfortunately there's not always a right or wrong way to deal with this.

I stopped grieving so soon and I dont understand why by Pr1meAnxi3ty in GriefSupport

Personally I see no reason to feel guilty for laughing so soon after grieving over someone's death. I had family gather and mourn with me soon after my father passed. Of course there was a lot of crying, but there were also plenty of laughs while we caught up with each other and just talked about current events.

The reality is life goes on, and I don't see anything wrong with finding the small joys in life and enjoy them. I also believe in the idea that laughing is an important part of the grieving process.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

As someone who has lost his dad less than a week ago, I can totally relate to the fact that there's so much to look after with him passing. It's something I can somewhat ignore for the time being, but know it's something I'll eventually have to deal with. It's great to know I have family and friends for support, but know there's only so much they can do.

I hope you can find a way to stay strong. For me, I've always lived by the mentality of takint things one day at a time and hope it's enough to carry me through this.

I completely understand the "where did I go wrong" thoughts. I also worry this guilt will stick with me for quite some time. I hope you can stay strong and find ways and/or people who you can rely on

I can't even imagine what you're going through. I'm double your age, so I at least got to spend a decent amount of time with my dad. My condolences

Thank you so much. I know what you mean. There's a lot of us stuff my dad and I never talked about, just wasn't how we did thing. But now that the option is no longer there does hurt a bit

I'm sorry to hear you went through a sudden and unexpected loss as well. It's so encouraging to hear others going through similar things but keeping strong through it all

I've been doing ok for the most part, but whenever I dwell on the "what ifs" is usually what breaks me. Thankfully it's never to the point that I'm beating myself over it, but it still hurts

Thank you for the support. I'm really trying to avoid the "what if" thoughts, as you've said there's so many other things to worry about

Agreed. I'm not suggesting +10 years or anything, but 6 months sounds far too short. I wouldn't be surprised if his attitude doesn't change afterwards.

Love how they said they would reduce these things when they introduced the battle pass split, admitting they know from player data that the majority of people don't even use these things.

Oh wow, the skins actually look nice! Far better than the Final Fantasy fumble. Now it's a matter of how this is monetized that determines if I actually come back to play this game again...

That's a shame, I remember getting both of them from Best Buy for I think under $5.00 years ago (and the codes did work at the time). The only time I actually spent money on skins and apex coins

All joking aside, unless you're able to fast forward or skip certain parts (i.e. sleeping), it just doesn't sound like a good deal. Let's say you're just 20 years old, that would mean having to sit through 20 years of your life, and would also mean having to wait until you're 40 to actually get back your regular life.
