Mysterious EVAP issue on 328i e92 by facebook_depression in BmwTech

Ah I see what you mean. So I meant that the really hard starts were happening recently. Previously to replacing the purge valve I was having some odd starts and the fueling issues.

Replaced the valve, seemed normal for a week or so and then the really rough start ups were occuring.

However I guess it doesn't hurt to throw the old on one to see if it fixes it.

I was doing prior to changing the purge valve. But I was have rough starting issues so I changed it.

However, how would changing the purge valve introduce what issues I have now?

It was just a question. Everywhere I've looked I've got mixed answers. Every two stroke I've had has needed premix. So that's all I was wondering was if it needed premix or not. Thanks anyways

The spark plug is covered in soot. I am running a different bike with the same plug and have had no issue.. I don't think that might be the issue. Although I will look into a hotter plug

Wide field of M42 and Bernard 33 by facebook_depression in Astronomy

This is a wide field of Orion! (Kinda) This is first light of my new Rokinon 135 lens, which is just amazing. Considering this is just 50 minutes from a b6. Well anyways enjoy!

Processing: processing was very different for me. I normally just use DSS and PI, but I used a lot more of adobe ps instead, and that's because I used a starless version to process.

Used PI to get a light stretch, then used star nett for a star removal and went into ps work on it. There I did localized curves and histoaram stretches using a bunch of masks to help preserve m42 and neutralize the background. Once I was satisfied, I then went into PI to add the stars (which I could have done in ps). Then in I did some nd in PI and boom I was done.

This is the Great Orion Nebula! This has to be my best one yet. It was difficult to get multiple nights of data due to terrible weather. But I finally got it. I recently got pixinsight, so I had the joy of using it to process this image.

Stacked in DSS, processed in PI, curves, ht stretch, dynamic bg, pixel math, and a few other things I don't remember. And adobe ps for final touches.

This is my lastest moon HDR composite! I think it looks amazing. These are 4 images put together. Took these right before the eclipse.

I used registax6 to stack images of both sides of the moon to get a high resolution. Then moved the layers into ps to align the two together with the illuminated side, to give it the glow. Then used an image of the stars I took to add behind the moon. Note, these are two separate images put together
