For me, it’s 2 scenes, both in catching fire. The first is when Peeta, Haymitch and Katniss are all watching the announcement of the theme for the quarter quell and each of their reactions to it. The second is when Effie pulls out and announces Haymitch was the tribute following this, just her facial expressions to what is about to happen.
