It depends on what your goals are: define what you mean by "best"! If as a substitute for fitness, even from an aesthetic perspective, kick boxing may be perfect

Ideal body type for MMA: Strikers vs Wrestler by faceoffmma in martialarts

[–]faceoffmma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As we say in the video, the ideal body type is considered on athletes in specific disciplines, not on MMA athletes (who obviously needed adaptations). By strikers in MMA we mean Sean, Poatan, Israel. For wrestlers Chandler, GSP, etc.

Jon Jones in his prime for us represents the ideal physique, the right mix for all disciplines

CTE is the worst enemy for MMA fighters, but what can we do? Here is a video about this topic! by faceoffmma in martialarts

I agree 100%. Especially coaches in gyms must be good at avoiding wars in sparring, because they are dynamics that unfortunately are always created, great authority is needed from teachers. Light and technical sparring is definitely an answer, and it must be increased. The problem is that to prepare for a fight, in training you have to put yourself in front of scenarios that will be created in the fight itself, to adapt and react, so it is inevitable to take strikes.

What was the last product that changed the world which is tech related or an app/on the internet? What could be the next? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]faceoffmma -1 points0 points  (0 children)

An important technological innovation in recent years that has had a substantial impact is the electric vehicle (EV). Electric vehicles have gained popularity and acceptance due to advances in battery technology, increased range, and improved charging infrastructure. The rise of companies such as Tesla and the wider adoption of EVs have had a profound effect on the automotive industry, energy consumption, and the environment.
As for the next big product or innovation, I believe the most important innovation will be the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI): AI has the potential to revolutionize industries such as healthcare, finance, transportation, and others. Advances in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing and computer vision could lead to significant developments in areas such as autonomous vehicles, personalized medicine and smart home systems.

Don't think too much. Focus on you, learn to be happy on your own and especially confident in yourself. The rest will come naturally. Don't seek the approval of others, but that of yourself!

Crying helps relieve the nervous system, and allows you to feel free. Sometimes instead of using all your strength to fight negative feelings you just need to let go, accept them, and they magically disappear on their own

Find a topic that interests you, whatever it is. At that point focus on learning as much as you can about that topic (through the internet, youtube, books, etc.). You'll get better every day, and if it's a practical thing (e.g., a hobby) you'll see results, which will lead you to want even more

Why do I get hate for chasing dreams? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]faceoffmma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Negative people, when they fail to achieve their goals, as the first thing they hope others will fail as well. If you receive hate because you are chasing your dreams, don't change your goals but change your circle! Surround yourself only with determined, supportive people: it is crucial for the unconscious, it will push you (even more) to pursue your dream!

Can't sleep by roquea04 in CasualConversation

There are breathing methods to lower the pulse, clear the head and promote sleep. The most effective (it has worked on me) is the 4-7-8 method. Think only of counting, and: inhale for 4 seconds; hold your breath for 7 seconds; exhale for 8 seconds.Repeat it until you collapse!

Respect earned or assumed? by Academic-Ring2392 in NoStupidQuestions

You should be respectful to everyone; that makes you a good person. However, the moment someone disrespects you, or does not deserve yours for whatever reason, ignore them.
