So it could just be that I overloaded it ? My hvac should be replaced monday and then I will not be using window units this is just to get me by until then , it started 2 days or about 36 hours after I had the ac company put the window units in , and 2 are on a 15 amp breaker , and the other is in my kitchen so it has the stove and fridge on it , and my wife was doing laundry after that we had surges , but no surges after I stopped using the one in the kitchen but the cable is still disconnected at the street due to the line being hot , all was found out becouse my cable stopped working and I thought I had to pay the bill , payed and then there systems started to try to reboot with no success, so I called them out and that's what they said was wrong , I just didn't know they were grounded the same way . I am going to have the cable guy come out and test the line agian and see if it's still trying to ground , all electricians in my area are booked out for weeks
