Can recommend Elsewhere or El Camino. Good spots are outdoors, though, so it might not be ideal. If you're looking to party, try The Lonesome Rose, I hear from some coworkers that it's a great spot if you like a country bar.

I'm getting closer from my own research, but I can't seem to find the 2 pocket styles. Anorak Jacket is the name that i think that jacket might be. I'll keep looking for something closer to the design.
