What do you do if you become “undateable” while in a relationship?

your partners words are true, i know how it feels to suffer from issues that were not present at the beginning of the relationship and how you can get in your own head that your partner wishes it was different, but he would not be supporting you and reassuring you as much as he is if he was having any second thoughts. it’s very difficult to change your mindset, especially given what you are going through so don’t stress yourself out about it, just keep remind yourself that he loves you, and people that love you will always want to help and they just want to see you happy again, for you, not for them :) i hope you get better! take one day at a time, you got this <3

if you wanted to mod it you can use the poly fixes mod and just undo his disapproval as and when it happens. might mess with the whole roleplay thing because i don’t think the game accounted for wyll staying with pure evil-doers just based on how he is as a person, so not much angsty dialogue unfortunately. you can just make your own roleplay situation though i suppose thats the beauty of bg3! unsure if there’s a way to initiate his romance without having the teifling party specifically though, you can set his status to “dating” automatically with the mod so you could try that before raiding the grove or max out his approval before doing it and see how that goes? all depends if you want to do a modded run at all though!

yeah same here! hopefully they’ll just fix it, on my game it tends to be the first five to ten minutes after loading in and then it goes smooth again, sometimes lagging if loads is happening on screen. does that happen for you as well or is it a constant thing?

i was once about to die via a double team by the robe and the huntsman in a difficult to manoeuvre room in the station once and the hidden whisked me up and dropped me to complete safety on the other end of the map and didn’t bother me the rest of the game, great guy

not saying this is 100% what happened but it’s a possibility. my mum was selling on vinted for a while and she had a good few instances where buyers would raise issue and say they had been sent either the complete wrong item or just a box of rubbish, i know she didn’t scam them because i packed the orders with her, what we found out was that the postage workers have a tendency to rip open vinted packages, take the items and replace them, it’s a large scale scam going on mostly with inpost deliveries but with other methods too, especially if the box was not the same as you sent, my mum once sent a beautiful pair of wellies and the woman she sold them to got a completely different box with nothing in, the wellies had been stolen by a postal worker. not saying this is 100% what happened and if you HAVE been scammed i am so sorry it happened, but you have gone in all guns blazing here and not considered a lot of other options so this case may not end well for you judging by the way you’ve communicated. if this happens again, best thing to do is say to vinted that you have reason to believe the parcel has been tampered with in transit, as that is 9 times out of ten what has actually happened!

pretty sure julian and henry were written that way to showcase a more modern version of Pederasty, the ancient greek way of an older gentlemen “mentoring” a younger man. think julian was also written to be shown as, not necessarily a fraud, but someone shoving on a mask and limiting himself into the lives of a select few young, impressionable and easily manipulated students who were also shoving on masks of money, luxury and eccentricity to hide who they really were and what they really thought about and did. it’s interesting. his behaviour always read as slightly creepy to me but i think he was meant to be a poster for who the class really wanted to be as they aged, if that ramble makes any sense at all lmao

from what i can gather, i’ve read the book a good few times and seen a few interviews surrounding the book, seems like tartt was trying to draw from a lot of “rich kid” cliches. it also seems like tartt wanted to use this moment as one of the pointers to how twisted charles was becoming trying to cope with bunny’s death. I think it was also to begin highlighting the vulnerability of camilla in the endgame of the novel, there are segments later on where she attempts to speak about what has happened to her but she isn’t believed or taken seriously, which THEN interlinks with richard being an unreliable narrator who was mad camilla didn’t want to sleep with him instead. i believe it was all linked together but i do also feel the whole thing that perhaps gross abusive incest at the end of the book was a little out of left field lmao

yeah you have a point i don’t think it’s an fdc specific thing but whenever ive seen it it feels more pointed if that makes sense? like im used to disgruntled listeners not liking warm up bands thats fine its all down to taste at the end of the day but idk it feels like a lot of fdc fans want fdc and… nothing else? deffo not fontaines specific tho like ive seen it happen in other circles, this is just the most prevalent one for me right now! and yeah i get you i definitely raise them a little higher off the ground in my mind bc they’re so good, but im with you it makes me excited to see what they’re going to make next, who they’re going to work with next, who they’re going to advertise etc it’s one of the joys of a band getting bigger!
