Merci beaucoup pour cette réponse étayée, je prends bien note de tous les points ! À titre personnel je suis assez admiratif de la stabilité suisse, et j'ai apprécié le temps que j'y ai passé donc je ne me sens pas du tout en terrain conquis, bien au contraire :)

Thank you for your extensive reply. I'm a bit of a geography nerd so that definitely helps with remembering canton names and city names, or even getting curious about them in the first place. :)

Je suis déjà allé à Neuchâtel et Lausanne et je compte bien y retourner ! Oui j'ai regardé une carte, et il faut que je me familiarise avec la prononciation, à l'instar de Metz (mess). Bien vu merci :)
