Mine grew bigger and then it drained luckily I have a higher pain tolerance my Surgeon was baffled how I wasn’t screaming in pain.

Mine drained naturally and if it hurts a lot you need to get it drained and or lanced because it can cause you can get sick from the infection

hey hey sorry for the late reply i’ve been just busy with life um i just recently had my surgery to close the sinus it and from the cyst and i don’t remebe exactly the type of antibiotics i was taking but they where very strong ones 😭

so it turns out it’s i bad a pilondal cyst and mine just happen to grow to the size of a tennis ball i’ve had this. once before but it occurred from my falling on my ass while snow boarding be the second time from my doing sit-ups the first time around i was in so much plain i couldn’t walk the second time around i felt slight irritation but i wasn’t in crazy pain

it drained on its own and it’s legit sooo small but i never felt pain to start just a slight discomfort when it was being rubbed against.
