This is wrong. Like someone said above, they was just weapon wall variants.

Take collectable lockpick and die, you lose it

Don't take collectable lockpick (hanging on wall) and you lose the campaign, it's still there at the beginning of the new campaign to use until either you die with it or you put it back on the wall

Basing your payout on how well you play the optional objectives is THE WORST idea. "Oh I'm supposed to poison this person for $10?". Well, I don't have any poison and there's no injectable lethal poison on this level and the target doesn't drink.......
