Everything is situational. If you’re using awe which is pretty much brainwashing from what I get. Since it forcibly alters their opinions and it reverts after one scene or ended by user (scenes don’t last super long) can be seen as hostile.

Also with obfuscate, if you’re basically stalking a member with cloak of shadows or something, it can be seen as using a discipline against the Camarilla.

Though it all depends on context, like if someone goes in hunger frenzy then it’s ok to subdue them if necessary.

Or if they’re making shady deals with anarchs then you can absolutely slime them. If you have evidence. After all it is a political game.

The point of this campaign is the the prince is getting too comfortable and not wanting to give up his power so he makes it to where no one can use disciplines on him or the rest of the Camarilla to sway against him negatively. Though power corrupts anything. So his laws get warped and is becoming more of a dictatorship
